The magic in the mundane and techno joy with Sara Tasker

Episode Summary

It is with so much gratitude and excitement that I bring to you the first episode of Connection Matters Podcast. The wonderful Sara Tasker generously offered to be my guinea pig by being my first interviewee. But what a conversation we had! Sara is a friend, bestselling author, photographer and coach as well as a major instagram influencer and successful podcast host. For this episode we dive straight in to exploring the value of seeing the everyday magic in the mundane of everyday life. We discuss creativity and community as well as techno joy and digital connection. as well as lessons from nature and our time in lockdown about the cycles of life and the nature of reality. (Apologies for my audio quality on this episode. )
