Connection Matters Podcast

Taking Responsibility - Personal agency and consciousness in a time of global crisis with Beth Creedon

Episode Summary

In this episode with Coach and Mentor Beth Creedon, we explore how personal consciousness and agency, in this time of global crisis, are more important now than ever. If we want to affect the transition to a healthier and more connected way of living for ourselves and the planet, finding our freedom within is crucial. We discussed how we all need to be working on our selves to break old patterns and mindsets in order to bring about the global consciousness shift needed for us to thrive as a species. As Einstein says; No problem can be solved from the same consciousness that created it. Beth share's how she personally evolved from a mindset of self-judgment and self-imposed limitations to a more intentional, open and healthy way of thinking, feeling and being and how she now coaches others to do the same. Another inspirational conversation.
