In this episode I talk to naturalist, conservationist and nature educator Dan Puplett. We explore biophilia and our in-built need for nature connection as humans. Dan shares some of his wisdom from tracking and mentoring. We discuss how we can all be more present to the signs of nature and connect in meaningful ways to support our own well-being for the benefit for all. Dan has vast experience both in education and in the work of nature connection as a mindset and way of being.
